We all regularly hear people prophesy ‘the death of books’ and ‘the end of print’.
But the truth is that the publishing world continues to adapt and to thrive.

After all, there is nothing quite like the appeal of a physical book in your hand. There is a certain romance to lounging on a beach and getting lost in the pages of a good book.

Like the vinyl records business, books have seen a resurgence in recent years and even with the convenience of digital publishing, the physical book and magazine trades continue to hold their own.

Darren and Andy, the founding partners of S2, both have extensive experience in the publishing world, working on magazine and creative brochure design. Between them, they have held roles as Creative Director and Design Manager at different publishing houses and collectively oversaw the creative design of a third publishing house. hed new magazine titles, and have been responsible for working collaboratively with editorial teams to develop magazines that have international distributions in both the corporate and charity sectors.
