Remembrance Sunday booklet, Silence 1

Silence, Remembrance Day Centenary Booklet

We had the honour of creating literature to mark 100 years since the end of the Great War for the centenary Remembrance Day in 2018. Striking the right tone and sensitively handling the stories and imagery was a delicate balance.

These booklets were used in Remembrance services across the country to focus people thoughts. But Remembrance Day every year is significant; every year new families grieve the loss of their loved ones who were actively serving their country.

We also created some banners for a special event held in Eastbourne.

Whatever your views on the various conflicts our troops have been involved in, it’s good to take some time to reflect and consider the sacrifices made by so many on our behalf.

It has been great working with Darren (S2) on HOPE’s Remembrance100 project. He brings amazing creativity, patience and hard-work to every project.

The 302,400 copies of Silence – a pocket-sized gift book e designed for remembrance – have all been snapped up, two weeks in advance of Remembrance Sunday.
