Veni Vidi Vino
S2 helped create the name for this new wine company concept. Sourcing and importing from across Europe and selling via a physical shop and through a postal service, Veni Vidi Vino was devised to be a playful twist on the famous quote attributed to Julius Caesar.
Deep red and grey are combined with a classic serif type style to counterpoint the pun of the name. The colour combination and typeface inject a little gravitas and a feeling of quality, whilst obviously referencing red wine too.
The text setting itself is a bespoke adaptation of a classic font design allowing for a unique brand of the logotype itself whilst retaining the ability to emulate the typeface in longer written communication materials.
