Volcano build specialist audio equipment.  Orange was chosen as the main brand colour, to stand-out in their arena and to differentiate them from their competitors. In colour psychology orange is associated with vitality and exuberance which all seemed to match well with the name and the nature of the product. However, we did vary the colour on subsequent, secondary level communications (like the folders shown) where differentiation of product or purpose was paramount.

The folder designs shown use imagery that suggests the depth and layered nature of good audio equipment.
