Neumann Electronics

The Neumann Electronics brand icon was inspired by and developed from electronic circuit diagrams. The symbols from these diagrams were incorporated into the brand and used throughout the various applications – on folders, van livery and the reverse of their cards and letterheads.

The mark derives from the idea of a gate-switch, whilst also creating an identifiable N within the negative space created by the box and lines.

The colour choice is purposefully unusual, the bright pink and purple combination being so distinctive that it is impossible to ignore and significantly stands out as different from anyone in their competitive landscape.
