The rise of the repair and reuse ethos has been good for Gordon, the founder of Fix-Up … with a background in engineering and electronics, he has been able to capitalise on the success of The Repair Shop, and other similar programmes on TV. There is growing market interest in the repair and reuse mentality with people more willing to look to fix-up their old or broken belongings rather than simply throw them out and replace them.

Our brandmark and shop signage design used a ‘steampunk’ aesthetic as this was something Gordon felt represented himself and his rationale – as well as being a good match to the nature of his work.
