Kings & Queens

Kings & Queens is a striking name. They are an entertainments company and the name apparently that came from the desire to ensure both the acts and the audience felt like they had been given ‘the royal treatment’ – and one of the founder’s surname was King!

The name led us to the imagery of playing cards and the strong contrast of the black, red and white in the design of cards.

The visual imagery shows event pictures from the audience perspective, focusing on their experience rather than the talent. Never using images of an identifiable performer or specific event meant the intent to portray the quality and focus on the audience experience was presented and would avoid any potential copyright issues with specific bands or individuals.
